Well, I find that scenario too very specific, so I'll just talk about when I think murder is acceptable. Basically, I only think that it's acceptable when it was done by self-defense. I guess this is the most common case when it's forgiven. If it's a live or die situation and you must kill the other for your own life's sake, then it's hard to argue that they made the wrong choice because they really had no other choice. And besides, the person that ended up killing the other will most undoubtedly suffer from mental problems feeling guilty about the murder so there is already enough punishment, if any seems necessary.
And this is just an idea that came up to me, so if someone killed someone close to you, say your friend, then you can only murder a friend of that person who killed yours. Since you can only do the same action that the other person did, rather than killing that person, you should only be able to kill a person of the same relationship.

I think killing is wrong regardless of any reasons. Some people can say that someone did something bad, so it is ok to kill the person. However, i think it is wrong to kill anyone, so the criminals should be caged or get other forms of punishments, not killing.

Killing someone no matter what kind of situation you are in is morally wrong, but before we discuss if killing someone is morally wrong, what is moral? Well I personally think Moral is different to everyone depending on what is wrong and what is right. Do to this fact that good and bad different between people for example someone might thinking stealing is good thing, some might think it's bad, and by this different perspective good and bad differs. Of course we have some action that most of us consider bad, such as rape, but such things like cursing or making fun of someone with skin color can be considered OK thing to do, but to some it might be not OK thing to do. Under these reasons killing will not be something good to do, either killing is for revenge or for fun killing, the action it self causes other to feel sad for different reasons. Although killing someone like Psychopath or mass murder seems right, capturing them and keeping them in the jail for them to regret and giving them time to think of their action is much better thing to do than just kill them.

You can't always say that murdering is always right thing to do since people can kill someone for self defense. For example, if someone was threatening you with a knife that he/she was going to kill you, you have no choice but to kill that person in order to save your own life. However, if a person kills someone for no reason, then that is a crime and the person has to be punished. I think everyone's opinion would be all different for this kind of question, because they all have different perspectives. Some people would say that even self defense is a crime, but for me, I think killing someone for self defense is not a crime.

I think killing someone regardless of the situation is unacceptable. When pushed to the limit, and you have no other option but to kill someone (e.g. self defense), you should always consider the option of walking away (avoiding your attacker) or trying to get help. You shouldn't kill someone, and if you do, you still have to be punished for whatever reason you have. I don't think we have the right to take someone else's life.

I think murdering is okay if there is good reason. Some people will say murdering is not allowed because it is bad to take revenge and take one's life from them. However, it should be okay to murder people if there is good reason. For example like really bad criminals include murderer, or did harmful things to people we should murder them to prevent more harmful things. So I think murder is okay if there are good reasons. Also it will reduce harmful things to our society.

I'm sure that it's natural to feel angry when my best friend got killed by someone and to start to have desire to kill that someone too. However, instead of killing that person, I would've forgave that person. I know it's hard to forgive person for his/her wrongdoing but it's much better than tearing that person into million of pieces, which would've turned me into vicious brute.

Case 1, I won't take a revenge for my friend because death is karma for his action. Even the mom is not poor, killing her for that reason is extremely stupid. Her sister didn't do anything and get murdered by my friend and it was my friend fault. If I kill her, one day her kid will take a revenge on me for the same stupid reason i did.And later, my kid will take revenge for me and this will never end. Case 2, If my friend didn't involve in her sister's death, I will revenge no matter what.

In my opinion, it is very difficult to make a conclusion whether killing is bad or not, unless that person had faced a dilemma similar to that. However, I think killing cannot be justified no matter what. If a person decides to make a revenge by murdering a person who was the cause, then another person who was close to the murdered person will commit a murder. Thus, this chain would continue over and over, and cause a serious trouble. Actually, in ancient Korea there was a time where killing for revenge was justified, and it ended up with having the prince being murdered

Oh my god, the situation is very confusing and messed up. I'm pretty sure this won't happen to anyone's life, at least in this group. But if it really happens, I won't murder the murderer.
First, there is a quote said by Gandhi that "Eye for and eye makes the whole world blind." or something related to this. Like the saying, if I decide to revenge, another person will try to revenge on me and so on. This won't end. Thus, my killing may elicit more murders, sadness and despairs.
Also I believe my friend deserved his or her death in that he did something wrong to the murderer. I can understand that murderer wanted to revenge as well, because that would be how I felt when my friend died. So I won't kill her. Yet I'm not saying that she was okay to kill my friend. She doesn't have right to kill someone, and it is even illegal. Everything can be decided by judges and my friend himself. She has no right to kill or not. And even though the murdering was accident, she should be paid for her mistake. You can't just simply say sorry when you kill someone, right? Mistake is your fault, thus the murderer should take responsibility.
Lastly, I won't kill someone; I don't have courage to. Yet I would love to torture them, not physically but mentally, until I feel fine. I won't of course forgive the murderer who killed my friend. Killing, I think, is not people's responsibility. I don't necessarily believe in fate, but I believe in free will. But there is certain power or string that leads one to death, I think.

I am not sure about that.Your question is kind of messed up but that is ok.In my mind, I will want to kill that person who killed my best friend at beginning. But I think that killing a person you hate is not a good way for you to take a revenge for your friend. If you kill that person you will become anther murder, right ? You also have to think about why your friend is killed by someone or why your friend is hated by others, both of these questions you have to think.Okay, look back your question, everyone always believe your best friend(in this case) is an innocent person in this accident. So sometimes we think all the faults are the murder made our friend is free from blame. But maybe there is one side we do not see clearly. when you know the processing of this matter you just realize that that person is a single mom who suffers from poverty and has a 2 year old baby.It is ridiculous because your friend is the murder's husband, which means the kid' father and you never know your friend already got married with someone. So do not only look one side you believe.

I wouldn't kill that woman because it’s not like she killed my friend on purpose; it was an accident. Even if she killed on purpose, I will not kill her because I could be the victim of that woman’s friends or relatives. Instead, I would send her to a trial and let the judge decide. However, I think it’s ok to murder if I have no other choice in a certain situation or if I’m fighting in a war.

No I do not think it is okay to kill someone even though the killing is executing someone for killing someone. It is irony how the government punish killers by killing them; which can also mean the people related to such case must be executed too. However, this is based on today's society. Imagine if we were all cave man and had nothing to eat? We would start killing each other for food which is quite disgusting but it is the survival of the fittest. It is either do or die. But in a society like today, killing someone for food is hardly ever seen in a sophisticated society. It would be definitely seen as it is going against the human morality.
