hey! guys, since we have been doing presentation for a long time, we have experienced so many teaching style. Which one do you like? Is there some funny game you like here? As for me, I very like Luke's game. This game is really interesting and all the people all pay much attention to the game. I think this is the most successful game in the class.

Even though I missed some lessons because of APs I have, but I realized that most of people just skipped the background information. There was flood of information regarding author and the literature in my class. There were some people who totally skipped their information on time period, and there were some who just stated what big events happened during this time. They didn't talk about it in detail not relate to the literature. It would have been better if people showed us how the literature was influenced by the big events or culture during the given time period.
What I liked was that there were some cool activities that people did. Justin made us go to Katoot or something, I don't remember, and we had to solve the questions individually. In Luke's case, he made us blow a ball in the air, showing some metaphorical meaning behind the literature. I also liked that people usually didn't really miss information on story and author. There were extensive information given to us.

I think some of the activities that we did was great. The one thing that I liked was dhiya's plant my own herb. I thought that even though we did not have enough time. I felt like that one was something that really hit the point of protecting the environment. I also think that my activity could have been better in a longer time period. I think that the whiteboard thing brought out alot of insight even on those who dont normally speak in a group discussion. I think in the future I can definitely use it well.

I like when we talk about essential questions. Sometimes, it went to wrong way but It was pretty fun to discuss all together.

I think discussing the essential questions is the most effective in involving everybody so far. People generally discuss well and bring heated debate as well. Engaging activity also includes jeopardy and games.

Some presentations were done really well, such as Amelia and Woori's. Amelia included media in hers, which was very interesting to watch. Woori presented well by having a clear, strong voice.

I like the way that I directly learn about the literature by myself, not by teacher. Because we have to teach classmates, we will research the information more hardly than normal, thus we will be given more knowledge about those.

I like all the discussion and activities because I'm involved in it. I hate when someone stand up there and talk for too long, it makes me feel so passive and sleepy.

Luke’s activity was effective because I get to have basic knowledge about the message of his literature. Some of the videos (like Joo Young’s) gave strongest impressions about the lessons. However, the activity could have been better if a person mentions the information instead of using the quiz to guess it. It just seems like he/she uses it to extend the time.

I liked that we were able to talk in depth about our literature and share it with all out peers.

I agree. Luke's activity was fun and interesting. We had a lot of students with creative activities so it's hard to choose the best one. I really liked Sanha's presentation because I could see that he prepared a lot for it. He was able to answer Ms.Boyd's questions.

I think everyone has an interesting approach in teaching their literature, so it is hard to choose the best one. Some of the presentations/activities that stood out to me were: Luke made us blow a ball by straw, Justin made online quiz, Nadira showed paintings, Lin provided great research on the literature analysis, Joo Young showed tragic videos. Each had a unique way to teach that made the students remember the literature more easily.

I thougt that Dhiya's activity was very fun. We had to plant our own seeds which was related to her presentation. I also liked when we had to do activities related to the discussion board becasue it counted as posts which meant less work for the weekend.
