I believe that the ghost was real since everyone was able to see the ghost too. For Gertrude who said that she could not see the ghost, I think she was lying because she was the only one who said that she could not see the ghost.

It's possible that the ghost is real in the beginning scenes, but after that I think he's just a figment of Hamlet's imagination.

I doubt the ghost in act 3 was real. The ghost in act one was seen by many people, including Horatio and a couple of night guards. Hamlet was also lucid during that time. However, when he shows up in act 3, Gertrude can't see the ghost, and Hamlet shows signs of being affected by his madness.

I think the ghost was real because there are 4people who saw the Ghost. Gertrude couldn't see the ghost so people can see or not is depend on people.

I think in the fist act, that ghost is real. That ghost speak very politliy and just ask Hmalet to revenge. His behavior could fits one figure who ever become a kingdom. But in this act, this ghost speak so rudely and ask Hamlet to curse and condemn his mother just for revenge. I think this symbolize he is crazy already. This ghost not exist.

At first, I thought that the ghost wasn't real, but know when I think about when Horatio and Bernardo saw the ghost at act 1, I think the ghost in Act 3 was real and not just a hallucination.

I personally think the ghost in the act 3 was not real since Hamlet was crazy and he is the only one person who could see the ghost. But,I also think that the ghost in the first act the ghost was real because lots of people can see and the ghost was seen by other not Hamlet.

I think the ghost is real because other guards have seen the ghost and also being mad was merely part of Hamlet's plan. Therefore, the ghost is real and i has huge influence on Hamlet's action.

I think that it is probable that there was a real ghost but Gertrude lied that she couldn't see one. There are several reasons behind this hypothesis. One of them is that Gertrude was too guilty to face King Hamlet. In that act and scene, Hamlet just screamed at Gertrude for her sins and told her to repent them. Gertrude realized all her sins and she was scared of Hamlet and to face her own sins. And right at that moment, King Hamlet's ghost appeared. Gertrude, who just found out her sins and feeling guilty, couldn't face King Hamlet. She felt sorry for him and guilty. As a result, she ended up denying the existence of the ghost, to avoid her guilts and sadness. I think this hypothesis is probable.
In addition, people other than Hamlet saw the ghost as well. Bernardo and Horatio saw the ghosts as well in Act 1. So it is likely that Gertrude saw the ghost but just denying the fact.
