As i am taking a part as a lawyer to defend hamlet, i have to say that he is not guilty. As we've been discussing for days and days about Hamlet being such a kid despite his age, he is going through a LOT. He is mentally unstable and i think his actions are justified for a person who is going through such a lot of thinngs. I wouldve been worse if i were hamlet

I think Hamlet is guilty as well. He killed the poor man who was just trying to listen to their conversation from a hiding spot. There is nothing wrong with that, or is there?

I believe that Hamlet is guilty of murdering Polonius. Even though a person has a reason to kill somebody, he/she is still guilty. Hamlet killed Polonius by a mistake, and he did not even feel guilty for killing him.

No, i don't think Hamlet is guilty. When he wanted to kill Claudius, he might noticed that there will be sacrifies. As we know Claudius did wrong thing but he is still king of Denmark. When one want to kill King one will lose everything. I think Hamlet did right thing and he didn't do anything wrong.

I believe that Hamlet is guilty because if he was just a bit more sane and thought of a better way to put his so called revenge into action, then not a lot of people would have to face death and other horrible feelings. If he could have found enough evidence to put Claudius to a fair trial then he wouldn't have done so much damage.

I am neither in defense nor prosecution, but I think Hamlet is guilty. I don't know how laws worked back then, but no matter what kind of reason it is, revenge cannot be justified. Moreover, killing cannot be justified as well. It was Hamlet's fault that led everyone to death obviously, and even if I feel pity towards him, I still think that he is guilty.

Of course, hamlet can argue that he it was a murder of self-defense. However, the killing intent, and the situation of the murder can only spell murder for Hamlet. Hamlet knew someone was there, and yes it could be someone who was very dangerous, however, the chances of it was slim, and there were plenty of other choices to take rather than to just kill the person. Hamlet could have easily just have called the guards to help him. However, he did not and instead killed the person right away.

I am not of either team but I agree Hamlet is guilty but some part Iam defence because of murder. Murder cannot forgive anyway.
