Uncertainty: It is not sure whether Hamlet is mad or not. Line 3866~3867 “how I am punish’d With sore distraction.” Line 3879 “Let my disclaiming from a purpos’d evil”
Complexity of action: Hamlet initially wanted to fight but now he changed his mind by asking for forgiveness. Line 3863 “Give me your pardon, sir.”
Appearance and reality: According to Hamlet’s claims, it is his madness that made him like this but it seems like he is mad. Line 3875 “Who does it then? His madness.”
Madness: This monologue itself is about his madness.
Subjectivity: Hamlet’s madness shaped his behavior. Line 3873 “And when he’s not himself does wrong Laertes,”

My theme is admonitory, forcing, demanding, and in a urge. My theme is when Polonius sends Reynaldo on a mission and Polonius demands Reynaldo to check upon Laertes.

Family
Religion “New-lighted on a heaven-kissing hill—A combination and a form indeed where every god did seem to set his seal”
Misogyny “Rebellious hell, if thou canst mutine in a matron’s bones, to flaming youth let virtue be as wax and melt in her own fire. Proclaim no shame. when the compulsive ardor gives the charge since frost itself as actively doth burn”
